About StackCheck
An AI nutrient tracker built by biohackers who got tired of guessing which supplements they actually need.
What StackCheck Does
StackCheck bridges food tracking and supplement recommendations. You log what you eat — snap a photo or describe your meal — and we show you which micronutrients you're getting, which you're missing, and what to do about it.
- 30+ micronutrients tracked against your health goals
- AI food logging — seconds, not minutes
- Personalized supplement recommendations based on YOUR diet
- 490+ PMID citations — every suggestion links to research
Why We Built This
Most nutrition apps stop at calories. Most supplement advice is generic. We wanted both — a tracker that understands micronutrients AND tells you what to actually supplement.
We were taking handfuls of supplements without knowing what we actually needed. StackCheck started as a personal tool to answer one question: "Based on what I eat, what should I actually be taking?"
Now we're sharing it with anyone who wants to stop guessing.
Science, Not Influencer Advice
Every recommendation in StackCheck is backed by peer-reviewed research. We don't cite TikTok. We cite PubMed.
We built an internal pipeline that verifies every claim against the original study. If we can't cite the PMID, it doesn't ship. New research gets added weekly as we expand our compound coverage.
Who's Behind This
StackCheck is built by a small team of biohackers and engineers in Australia. We're not a VC-backed startup with a 50-person team. We're a few people who care about getting nutrition right.
